Responsibilities
- Analyze, manage, and recommend inventory holding targets (both value and cover days) to meet budget goals while ensuring stock availability for all activities and seasonal demands across all store formats and DCs.
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound workloads, as well as the utilization of DC space, across all product categories.
- Analyse and plan item replenishment types, picking types, and supplier delivery frequencies for all DCs and store formats.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive transformation projects to streamline processes, increase agility, and adapt to future trends in the food market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and marketing to support business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure supply chain reliability and quality.
- Establish KPIs with key suppliers, vendors and partners to align with company objectives.
- Analyze data and industry trends to make informed decisions, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities for innovation
- Manage 3PL performance in line with service agreement.
- Prepare and manage budget for logistics operation.
- Initiate and identify opportunity for operation improvement and efficiency enhancement to reduce cost.
- Implement logistics strategies to support long term business plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and Logistics management
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of sales planning and distribution planning processes, best practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- English proficiency with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Supply Chain Manage
- Immediately available is preferable
